The northwest section of the Changsha City Ring Expressway starts from Huanghuatang in Wangcheng District in the west, connects with the 319 National Road and the southwest section of the Ring Expressway, and ends at Maotangpu in Changsha County in the east. It connects with the 107 National Road and the Linchang Section of the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. There are five toll stations, from west to east are Jinqiao, Xingcheng, Xingang, Laodaohe and Maotang stations, of which Maotang is the main line station. After the implementation of the province-wide networking and toll collection by weight on January 24, 2016, the Maotang main line station cancelled the toll, and the new Wanjiali North toll station was built, and the main line was connected with the Yangzichong station of the Linchang section of the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway.

Remarks: 1. The vehicle type classification shall be implemented in accordance with the industry standard of "Toll Road Vehicle Toll Vehicle Classification" (JT/T489-2019). 2. Large passenger cars with more than 40 seats are charged according to category 3 passenger cars.
