The government of HubeiProvince stipulated that the toll rates of highways in HubeiProvince’s network increased 10% on the basis of original toll rates for passenger cars and normal-loaded portions of lorries. The increased income will be saved into the special finance account of the Communications Office in HubeiProvince, but not as the toll revenue of the operation company. |
